There should never be an instance when an employee feels pressured to alter, falsify, or manipulate payroll records. These records should be an honest recording of hours worked. For this to happen, management awareness is required. Knowledge of how employees are recording their time – whether it’s on the time clock, time card, or the Exception Log.
